October Actor of the Month
Katie Liz Tassone is an LA based SAG actor with a strong improv and comedy background! She has studied and performed with various teams and studios for the past 11 years, and was accepted into Upright Citizens Brigade's Academy program. Recent credits include independent films such as A Hero for a Day (Amazon Video) and Her Lips are Mine (VR short).
Katie is also a cancer survivor and was featured in a powerful commercial for Blue Shield in September, in which she talked about her experience advocating for herself in search of a diagnosis. You can watch it here. I am so proud and awed by Katie and her talent, dedication, grace and strength!
